It was so nice to not have to worry about getting my car in and waiting for it to be completed... Linda picked up my car at my office and returned it to me within 2 hours which allowed me to work rather than wait! Thanks! more

I knew that my temperature sensor was faulty, what I didn't know was that a bad sensor causes greater fuel consumption. LK always takes the time to explain why the car needs what. I also never feel pressured into having work done. They understand that people have budgets to work with, and help to priortize any work so a car can be maintained correctly without going into debt. more

Free Safety Inspection 7/30/2011

For the second time in a row, I was required to pay an amount that I did not know in advance. After the work had been completed, I was required to sign the "estimate". Originally, I was lured into the shop under the guise of a "Free Safety Inspection"... and then told my car required over $500 in repairs..... I had requested that attention be given to the brakes.... which appearently brakes are not a safety item, to be inspected. Silly me.... thinking free meant free..... Besides that, the owners are friendly and courteous, and certainly know their business. more

I was graciously accepted in for an oil change (without an appointment or any advanced warning) prior to leaving town for the weekend with my family. They were quick and answered all my questions about other issues we were experiencing with the car. more
