Lexus of Cerritos Service Center

I bought a Lexus and paid for Lo Jack to be installed. My car was stolen and I attempted to activate the Lo Jack only to find out that Lexus never installed it and still have not returned my money. I've been given the run around for 2 years despite the fact that I was defrauded. They fall all over you to have you buy a car but there's no net if something goes wrong when dealing with this company. more

This was the most pleasant, easiest car purchase I've ever made. Sam Cho answered all of my questions, negotiated the deal over email (at my request), and was completely honest and upfront in terms of the invoice price and the terms he could offer. When I came to the dealership to sign my paperwork and, subsequently, pick up my vehicle (which was at the port at the time of my purchase), Sam made sure everything went smoothly and that I was well taken care of. Lexi Tra, the sales consultant that handled my paperwork and went over the vehicle with me when it arrived, was incredibly sweet and a pleasure to work with. And Walid Sarsak, the finance manager who proceed the transaction, was amazing as well. I cannot say enough positive things about this dealership - they are terrific. more

BAIT and RE-CREATE. I called Lexus of Cerritos after seeing an advertisement. A sales person named Nader quoted me a price under the listed price on the telephone. After driving nearly 100 miles to get to the dealer, I was told by a different sales person named Cleo that the price which was quoted on the telephone was not available. Finally, the finance department does not return messages. Don't trust these jokers. more

I came to Lexus of Cerritos and was a little hesitant about not purchasing my new car locally. Luckily, Kasarin put me at ease from the moment I stepped onto the lot. Despite my wavering back and forth between interior and exterior color, model year, etc., he was patient and willing to show me as many vehicles as I deemed necessary to make a confident decision. I could not be happier with my new 2010 RX350. Kasarin regularly checks in to see if I have questions about my new vehicle and I often do. He is quick to respond and finds the answers that I need.
