This is my 4th Lexus automobile from Cerritos Lexus and I am completely satisfied with my cars. Dorothy L. has been my service advisor from day one. This is the best dealership I've experienced in many years of driving. In previous experience with other dealerships I cant remember a single time being at one where the staff gave as much attention to my needs, or the quality of the service as provided by Cerritos Lexus. I came in like any other person just browsing and who knew, I left with a new IS300. I wasn’t sure if I could first afford a new car I was in the market for a used one but they had such great deals and with rebates that made a new car in my price range. I wanted the windows tinted and they threw that into the deal for me at no extra charge. I have to give a huge thanks to Todd, my salesperson for his help with my decision. Thinking back now a used car would have just been a horrible decision when I would be paying the same and now I have one of the most luxurious cars on the road today. more

They gave me a loaner car, did the repairs quickly, in less time than they had predicted, washed the car, cleaned the carpets and mats and filled the tank with gas. I was really impressed. more

Great experience leasing a car through their Fleet department. I started out wtih Lexus of Santa Monica, but their attitude was just horrible. Called around, finding Lexus of Cerritos, and they matched Lexus of Santa Monica's price with none of their attitude, good communications, and no shenanigans. I did most of the deal remotely over the phone, including agreeing on price, and came in to sign the papers. They facilitated shipping the car out of state for me using their preferred vendor, who also did a great job. more

Was in and out with a great deal on a GX. Very, very happy customer. Ask for the GSM, that's what I did. They don't have the best facility but, definitely had the best price. I advise being reasonable with them for they will be reasonable with you. I over heard another customer offering a price that even I, a customer wouldn't ask for. It seemed like the managers would not neg. I did my research on the Internet and asked for something a little better and they accepted. more
