BAIT and RE-CREATE. I called Lexus of Cerritos after seeing an advertisement. A sales person named Nader Droubi quoted me a price under the listed price on the telephone. After driving nearly 100 miles to get to the dealer, I was told by a different sales person named Cleo Williams that the price which was quoted on the telephone was not available. The sales manager that refused to honor the previously quoted price was Sam Choe. Finally, I left a message for the finance department seeking information about extended warranties. Nobody returned my call. Don't trust these jokers. more

My husband and I have been shopping around for some time for a new car. We came across Cerritos Lexus and as soon as we walked in and was greeted we knew this was the place for our specific needs. The sales rep Al Alcantra was very patience and not pushy at all the entire time we were looking for something that suited us. He was very friendly and knowledgeable about all the cars and answered all of our questions throughly. We decided to go home and think about it and about what car we wanted to purchase. The next day Al called and we had decided to purchase a 2009 Lexus IS250. Al got us in and out in no time, very easy paperwork and he even got us a better deal to fit our budget. Had a wonderful experience at Cerritos Lexus and will definatly recommend this dealership to all my friends and family. more

We were walking about and ran into Lexus of Cerritos. The salesperson was very nice and friendly. Not pushy at all, he made us feel welcome. He did not push me into buying anything. Ayman was the nicest sale rep ever. So we felt it was meant to be. I know that this car will and is a keeper. I will recommend this dealership to anyone. more

Platinum Service 2/3/2011

My new Lexus would not start! I was livid past upset. I called Lexus Road Assistance; they were there within 15 minutes. They were nice and professional. I had the Lexus IS250 towed to Lexus and like always the PLATINUM service. The treatment here at Lexus of Cerritos is great! I love my Lexus and I love Lexus of Cerritos! more

I was really impressed 10/18/2010

They gave me a loaner car, did the repairs quickly, in less time than they had predicted, washed the car, cleaned the carpets and mats and filled the tank with gas. I was really impressed. more

I was treated really well 10/18/2010

I had to take our 2007 Lexus es350 in for a recall. I put it off for six months and after a gentle reminder from Lexus of Cerritos, I took it in yesterday. I was treated really well. more

Great experience 10/1/2010

Great experience leasing a car through their Fleet department. I started out wtih Lexus of Santa Monica, but their attitude was just horrible. Called around, finding Lexus of Cerritos, and they matched Lexus of Santa Monica's price with none of their attitude, good communications, and no shenanigans. I did most of the deal remotely over the phone, including agreeing on price, and came in to sign the papers. They facilitated shipping the car out of state for me using their preferred vendor, who also did a great job. more

Best price 9/28/2010

Was in and out with a great deal on a GX. Very, very happy customer. Ask for the GSM, that's what I did. They don't have the best facility but, definitely had the best price. I advise being reasonable with them for they will be reasonable with you. I over heard another customer offering a price that even I, a customer wouldn't ask for. It seemed like the managers would not neg. I did my research on the Internet and asked for something a little better and they accepted. more
