Very Satisfied, Awesome Service I had been putting off purchasing a new vehicle for years and finally decided to buckle up and look into the beautiful RX350 models. I came to Lexus of Cerritos and was a little hesitant about not purchasing my new car locally. Luckily, Kasarin put me at ease from the moment I stepped onto the lot. Despite my wavering back and forth between interior and exterior color, model year, etc., he was patient and willing to show me as many vehicles as I deemed necessary to make a confident decision. I could not be happier with my new 2010 RX350. Kasarin regularly checks in to see if I have questions about my new vehicle and I often do. He is quick to respond and finds the answers that I need. His knowledge about the vehicles and his ""no pressure"" attitude and demeanor really made for a great buying experience. Prior to my decision to purchase the vehicle, he went through step-by-step how to operate the many features of the RX350. After filling out paperwork ... he once again ran through all of the details with me to ensure that I knew how to operate the thermal controls, voice command, navigation and more. I appreciate the amount of time he dedicated to making sure I felt confident in my purchase. He came in early to help me and wound up staying through his lunch. He was extremely patient and completely engaged in our conversation, not once insinuating he had other committments. I felt like a top priority at Lexus of Cerritos thanks to his wonderful service.
