BAIT and RE-CREATE. I called Lexus of Cerritos after seeing an advertisement. A sales person named Nader quoted me a price under the listed price on the telephone. After driving nearly 100 miles to get to the dealer, I was told by a different sales person named Cleo that the price which was quoted on the telephone was not available. Finally, the finance department does not return messages. Don't trust these jokers.
