I went in for a headlight and oil change and came out with rear brakes as well. I never worry if recommended work is truly necessary (as I have with other shops). If they say my car needs something, I know it does. They also help me plan for major work by alerting me to timeframes so I can start saving. When I replace my car, I'm sure I'll get another Toyota because I want to continue using LexTechs. They make car care worry free! more

My friend started bringing his Lexus to them after being charged $125 for an oil change (Lextechs was only about $45) and bragged about how great they were, how fair the prices were and how thorough they were. So i decided to buy a Lexus because I needed any repairs these were gonna be my guys!!!! I've had some issues with my car (only purchases it in Feb. 2015) and they have been great and friendly. I am mad at myself for not using them on my pre purchase inspection with this car. I used them with another Lexus I was going to buy and they were very honest and yes very thorough about the repairs. I love the fact that same person always works on your car, I love how they keep great records of the work they do and the estimates they give. They NEVER pressure to do any extra work if you don't want to or can't at that time. And the estimates don't change over time. If they said $377 for breaks and you come in 6 months later it's still $377 for breaks. If you need additional work they will call you before they do anything. And the mechanics are very knowledgeable about Lexus and are all certified Lexus mechanics. I am a review kind of person and they mean a lot to me so please know that this is a genuine, from the heart review. This is a great place!!Matt and Houston are total sweethearts and I appreciate them tremedously. You will not go wrong at this place.!!!!!!!!! more

DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE WITH YOU CAR!!! I towed my car here on May 4. I paid them $1,318.86 to fix my car. It immediately broke down after pick up. I paid to have my car towed back. They demanded $240.00 more. I paid it. Again, the car immediately broke down. They did pay for the third tow. They then told me they drove the car and no check engine light was shown to have ever come on. After having the car almost a week, they phoned me on a Monday to state they would keep looking. Never heard a another word. I finally called the following Monday and they said the car was fine and that they have had no trouble driving the car and there is no indication of a check engine light ever coming on. They said they had left me messages that the car was ready. Trust me, that is a lie. No one called me. ( I guess they are asserting that I am really into lying about check engine lights and being without my car for 2 1/2 months after paying you $1600.00 dollars. Sorry Lextech, that's not really my idea of a good time). I go to pick up my car for the third time. No one speaks a word to me. No explanation. No offer of, ""Hey, we couldn't find an issue but if you have a problem please call"". Just rude stares and eye rolls. My car is three deep in a junk lot. THEY HAVE OBVIOUSLY BEEN DRIVING IT. They move the cars and tell me to take the car. I have to back out my own car buried in their junk lot. I picked up the car at 11:48 pm. At 1:15 pm the check engine light was back on. I take the car back to them and they don't even apologize. This guy rolls his eyes and says a technician will take a look. Within minutes, the guy hands me an estimate for $1000.00 more to make the car run. It is now JULY 20 and $1600.00 later and the car has never ran more than 50 miles. BOTTOM LINE: AT THE VERY LEAST, LEXTECH WASN'T TALENTED ENOUGH TO DIAGNOSE MY CAR PROPERLY AND ISSUE A PROPER AND CONCOMITANT ESTIMATE AND REPAIR. AT ITS WORSE, IT HAS TAKEN $1600.00 OF MY MONEY AND RIPPED ME OFF BECAUSE MY CAR IS NOT REPAIRED.\r PLEASE GO SOMEWHERE ELSE FOR YOUR CAR REPAIRS!! more

The high recommendations from customers is well deserved which how I found out about Lextechs. They were very knowledgeable and charged me much less than the dealership's quote for the same work. Also, a chain auto shop told me I needed A/C compressor replaced, which was not the case after LexTechs checked it out. LexTech just added coolant (and installed a clamp) and A/C is working great! So glad I found out about this place! more

I have never had to go them with an emergency situation but their maintenance is excellent. If I request something it turns out I don't need they call. If something crops up that I might need they call. Prices seem reasonable and work is always done when promised, or before. My Camry is 10 years old and I fully expect Chad and his fine team will keep me going for another decade. more

I brought my car in due to the battery light being on. Within an hour they diagnosed the issue and within a total of 2.5 hours after dropping off my car I received a call informing me that everything was ready to go. Will definitely use them again. more
