I have always been skeptical of taking my FJ Cruiser to the dealer because after a service such as an oil change, they give a laundry list of services that they say you need which may potentially cost more money than necessary for an unnecessary services. I even tried Firestone and although they are less than the dealer, they are some drawbacks such as using less quality parts or in some cases also recommending services that are not needed. I decided enough was enough and I needed to find a car repair shop that specializes in repairing Toyota's. I found LexTechs online and read the positive reviews and decided to give them a try. The reviews were spot on about the customer service, accurately assessing and fixing the problem the FIRST time and recommending services that you REALLY need. It's exactly what I experienced. I made an appointment and there was no long wait. Ephremn my Service Advisor provided an explanation of my problem and assessment of my truck. My repair and additional service were completed within an hour and the cost was way less than going to the dealer. They recommended services that I should consider for the near future but no up sell or pressure. I no longer have to look for a repair shop because I found a GREAT one for the life of my Toyota (which I'm hoping to last a very long time) or the next one. Thanks LexTechs! more

I had been taking my 2000 Lexus RX300 to another independent repair shop in Marietta for a number of years, but when I was quoted the same price as a franchise dealer for a scheduled 180,000 (90,000) mile service I decided to shop around. I contacted Lextechs for a quote and received one which was much more in line with what I expect to pay to a shop that does not have all of the advertising expense and overhead of a franchise dealer. My service adviser was Matthew Durdin who was very patient and explained completely the scope of the work to be included. I had a few other issues with my car that I asked him to address at the time of service. After evaluating the repairs, he wrote me a detailed email explaining what he would recommend to be done. In discussing whether or not to go ahead with the additional repairs, he was very candid helping me decide if the age and mileage of my car would justify the expense. I decided to authorize all of the repairs that he recommended and I can say that I am extremely satisfied with the service that was performed. I believe that I have added years to the life of my car which has always been reliable and with the quality of maintenance that I have found with Lextechs, I expect to drive it well into the future. I want to express my sincere appreciation to Matthew and to David (the technician) who did the actual work, for their courtesy, efficiency and competence. They really know the Lexus line very well and I would highly recommend their services to anyone who has a Lexus. I have great confidence that Lextechs will strive to give their very best attention to the care of both the customer and the car! more

Wow these guys are great! I had gone to Toyota when I smelled oil burning. The estimate felt high and it was. I came to LexTechs and they actually had the same diagnosis plus and oil change and were much cheaper than World Toyota. Get this they showed me that they had recommended the same repairs almost a year ago. I've visited Toyota and until the oil smell they had not diagnosed the needed repairs.
