Great service and friendly staff 3/18/2015

They take care of business so I don't have to worry about my car and it is never a hassle to schedule a visit. I always wait for my car there and that is almost a treat. Wi-Fi and snacks are made available. No complaints. Just very glad I found them. Can take your car there with confidence. more

They let you know what you need and how much. They keep a record of whats been done to your vehicle and when. They give you exact quotes so when you get ready for service, you don't have to find out that there is extra charges. They have great customer service. I have and will continue to recommend them to everyone that I know. more

I'm a first time car owner and know almost nothing about cars and know just a little about it's upkeep. Kenneth and Chad were a lot of help and answered my questions. I had a great experience, which I can't say about the first mechanic I visited and the parts he installed on my vehicle. I am satisfied with the quality of the parts as well as the customer service of these two guys, as well as the other I encountered while I was there. Thanks again guys-I will be back more

Great experience like always 3/6/2015

I dropped my car off at 8:15am for an oil change and rear brake job. I was shocked when I received the call at 10am that my car was ready for pick-up. I appreciate their appointment scheduling and timely completion of the jobs. They are knowledgeable, but not pushy, and I can appreciate that as well. more

Only place to go for Lexus care! 3/4/2015

These guys are the best and much more economical than a Lexus dealership. Nothing but quality work in my experience with them. Only drawback is location. Having to drive all the way to downtown Decatur isn't the most convenient if you live off the 400 corridor, but I do it anyway. They are worth it. more
