Chad and all the staff at LexTechs are always very professional, courteous, and always aim to exceed expectations. I ask a lot of questions, and they always have an answer that matches what I have already researched. before any work is done they always call and give you a full run down of what they have found and Chad is great with telling you what needs to be done first and what can wait, which gives the power back to the customer. I have been bringing my 06 LS430 to LexTechs shortly after I purchased it in December of 2012. I was recommended here by another customer. I did some research online and read some reviews and they were all excellent. I have only been to the Lexus dealer 5-6 times for service. Most of this was when LexTech was no longer open on Saturday which made it difficult to come in with my work hours. I was just in yesterday due to it being a holiday and I was off. I missed having them service my lexus and wish they would reopen on Saturdays again. I have recommended LexTech to several people. more

Have taken cars here twice, both times expecting an expensive repair. Both times Lextechs informed me that the repair would be far simpler/cheaper than what I had initially expected. Have complete confidence in their honesty, which is the most important thing to me in a car repair place. more

This was my first visit to Lextechs and it won't be the last. Fabulous customer service, friendly and knowledgeable about Toyotas. I will probably never return to the dealership. Dealing with a small business that cares about the customer is better than dealing with a large organization that doesn't. more

Serious work from friendly people 10/1/2015

These folks work hard and quickly. I've had nothing but excellent experiences in the shop. And, I've never doubted that they know exactly how to make the best decision for my car and follow through to get the job done. I've also overheard them talking to other customers on several occasions. They are professional and sensible with us. I trust their assessments. I just wish every business encounter was this enjoyable. more
