I am always impressed with Lex Techs service techs. I deliver my vehicle and get it returned at the anticipated time frame. These guys are the best. Wouldn't go anywhere else.

I have been going to Lextecks for years and have always been respected as a female and have never felt that they were trying to up sell or provide unnecessary services. Their services actually influence my next car buying decision to buy another Lexus because I know I will have a trusted Lower cost resource for maintenance etc. more

Great service even before I walked in 8/4/2015

Lextechs came to my attention when my auxiliary battery in my Prius died one night while dining out, and good luck would have it that Matthew happened to be near by. He helped me get my car started, explained in detail how to jumpstart it if I ever needed to do so again, and he gave me his card. So I showed up the next day at Lextechs to have the battery replaced. Nalley Toyota never did return my call for assistance that night. So it's pretty clear where I am going for service from now on. Strong indicators that this is an honest business. more

Great Service, Fair Price! 8/4/2015

I couldn't start my car and had it towed to Lextechs. Upon its arrival they immediately diagnosed the problem (severely drained battery that roadside assistance couldn't jump), slow-charged the battery and while charging the battery changed the oil. All this in just over an hour and less than $70! more

I am impressed with how conscientious the employees are. They noticed a problem that was under warranty and helped me to address it with the dealership to get it resolved - rather than charge me to do the work themselves. They always have the customer's best interest and I trust them 100%! more

We have an older (2003) Highlander that Lextechs keeps in great running order. They allowed us to bring our car a day early and leave it and then they actually got to our car and were able to repair a leaking power steering hose easily. We were in and out on the same day! Awesome, honest service. Thank you! more

I was referred to Lextech from a friend of mines because his brother comes here. My first encounter was very OUTSTANDING! My car needed a system update on my transmission and upon that my car shut off... they provide a car for me because of the problem with no charge and I was IMPRESS! From that day forward its been nothing but GOOD SERVICE! I would recommend them to EVERYBODY but they only deal with lexus ha! But THANK YOUUUUU GUYS AND MS JESSICA..LOL! more
