Safer driving at night, thanks to Lextechs 9/30/2015

Two other places said there was little we could do to improve the intensity of our 2008 Prius headlights. But Lextechs identified the problem immediately (after-market bulbs) and replaced them. We test drove it last night--great improvement! more

Great Customer Service 9/24/2015

I checked out a number of shops when I knew I had some work to be done. LexTechs impressed me with their customer service, from the first time I called there. They emailed me every estimate, and provided a loaner car when I chose to get some extra work done, and it took a little longer to get a part. Seemed like the dealership was more interested in seeing whether I would pay them to rebuild my Lexus or trade in for a new one, as if those were the only 2 choices. Felt like unnecessary and exorbitant repairs were all I was hearing. So, time to find a quality independent shop who knows what they are doing and doesn't worship profits. My first visit appears to have fulfilled that goal. The numerous positive reviews of Lextech appear to be justified. This may be the start of a beautiful friendship. more
