Joe did a great job on our Annual ac check up. However, he discovered that we had a potential problem with our water heater. After discussing this with my wife we decided to replace our old unit a new power vent one. Joe noticed a small amount of CO 2 emissions coming from the old unit. I believe he saved us from personal harm and structural disaster. Thanks Joe! 5 stars more

We would like to highly commend our heating and cooling service specialist, Justin H., who evaluated our furnace for an unusual noise it was making. He listened carefully to our concerns and addressed all of them. My husband asked a wide range of questions regarding the system and each of his questions was answered thoroughly without any hesitation for answers. It was evident the technician had acquired great deal of knowledge and experience in the profession but what was truly a breath of fresh air is that he was willing to share it with us. He went above and beyond the job requirements and explained not only the situation with the furnace but how to better manage our system with regard to the filter. We did implement these changes that he recommended which will greatly improve the furnace performance. We have had many different persons evaluate our furnace over the years and not many workers take the time to help in this manner and we greatly appreciate it. We even had follow up questions from the visit and Justin returned our call within 5 minutes and responded to our additional questions happily. He gave us not only facts but his best advice which was clearly wise and valuable. He also has an outstanding personality; he is very friendly and patient. Scott did the checkup and gave us a full accounting of his work and what he found. He made several recommendations, but did not pressure us to take care of them immediately. We did take him up on one of them, which corrected a minor gas leak, and he did it quickly and efficiently. We were left with an impression of professionalism and quality. When we need more furnace service, we will definitely call these folks again. more

We hadn't had our air conditioner checked for a few years. Jesse came to our house on time and was extremely friendly. Our air conditioner is only about 5 years old. As we did not know about Leslie at the time, another company installed it. I have had other service people try to make themselves look good by cutting down the work of others, so I appreciate Jesse complimenting the work of the other company and assuring me things were done right. That makes me trust him all that much more. We signed a contract for yearly ac and furnace inspections and look forward to more positive experiences! more

Leslie Heating and Cooling called to remind me to have yearly furnace check! I was so happy to see my service technician Jesse R. He recognized me right away! He has been here before and is very professional and friendly ! Always puts the boots on his feet to protect carpeting! I always appreciate his help! He reminds of little things I can do to keep the furnace running efficiently! I will ask if he is available as I know is work is efficient and gets fixed right! I highly recommend Leslie Heating and cooling and especially Technician Jesse R.! I will be asking for his services in the spring for an Air conditioning tune up! more

Imagine my initial skepticism: a phone solicitation saying that I was being offered a free check of both my furnace and air condition, as a thank you for being a good customer. I hadn't done business with this company for awhile, so it sounded too good to be true. Despite my skepticism, I agreed and am SO pleased that I did! Anthony came in, very polite and personable and explained what he was doing and what he found in my systems. Sharing what might need help done the line, what not to worry about and pointing out a lot of holes in my ducts which were allowing heat to escape. He was able to do extensive taping to my ducts and pointed out some potential wiring trouble outside my home. He shared his knowledge with me and his skills to fix a problem which no one had mentioned before: gaping areas in my ducts. I am extremely pleased with what turned out to be rather extensive job for him, performed at what I consider to be a reasonable price. I will definitely recommend this service which seems to put an emphasis on the customer's well-being! How refreshing! I'm back as a Leslie H& C customer! more

I consider Jim to be reliable and knowledgeable. He has done a very good job when he has worked at our facility. He understands and follows our safety requirements and appears to be dedicated towards fixing our problems to meet our expectations. more
