Scott did the checkup and gave us a full accounting of his work and what he found. He made several recommendations, but did not pressure us to take care of them immediately. We did take him up on one of them, which corrected a minor gas leak, and he did it quickly and efficiently. We were left with an impression of professionalism and quality. When we need more furnace service, we will definitely call these folks again.
