Anthony Ferarro was the technician who came to check my furnice. This service is furnished by our association. He called before he came to let me know when he would be here. He showed up when promised and identified himself. He was very polite and professional. He used shoe coverings to protect my floor. He explained what he was doing and worked very efficiantly. When he was done, he made sure that everything was in perfect working condition, and he left the area in the same condition it was in when he came. He made sure everything was clean and tidy.
