We would like to highly commend our heating and cooling service specialist, Justin H., who evaluated our furnace for an unusual noise it was making. He listened carefully to our concerns and addressed all of them. My husband asked a wide range of questions regarding the system and each of his questions was answered thoroughly without any hesitation for answers. It was evident the technician had acquired great deal of knowledge and experience in the profession but what was truly a breath of fresh air is that he was willing to share it with us. He went above and beyond the job requirements and explained not only the situation with the furnace but how to better manage our system with regard to the filter. We did implement these changes that he recommended which will greatly improve the furnace performance. We have had many different persons evaluate our furnace over the years and not many workers take the time to help in this manner and we greatly appreciate it. We even had follow up questions from the visit and Justin returned our call within 5 minutes and responded to our additional questions happily. He gave us not only facts but his best advice which was clearly wise and valuable. He also has an outstanding personality; he is very friendly and patient.
