Imagine my initial skepticism: a phone solicitation saying that I was being offered a free check of both my furnace and air condition, as a thank you for being a good customer. I hadn't done business with this company for awhile, so it sounded too good to be true. Despite my skepticism, I agreed and am SO pleased that I did! Anthony came in, very polite and personable and explained what he was doing and what he found in my systems. Sharing what might need help done the line, what not to worry about and pointing out a lot of holes in my ducts which were allowing heat to escape. He was able to do extensive taping to my ducts and pointed out some potential wiring trouble outside my home. He shared his knowledge with me and his skills to fix a problem which no one had mentioned before: gaping areas in my ducts. I am extremely pleased with what turned out to be rather extensive job for him, performed at what I consider to be a reasonable price. I will definitely recommend this service which seems to put an emphasis on the customer's well-being! How refreshing! I'm back as a Leslie H& C customer!
