Handles everything very well. Irritating bill reminders sent via email however when I was already up to date in payment. Told it was part of system to automatically send out. Their service did not stop the day our court hearing was completed. They continue to answer our questions and deal with any and all creditors who try to contact us 2 years after we filled our chapter 13. Don't have much to say. the paralegal assigned to me was great!!! He read the file, entered it in a timely manner and was my BEST point of contact. My attorney NEVER returned any calls, NEVER answered any emails and DIDN'T come to my hearing and DIDN'T let me know that he wasn't coming and DIDN'T tell me who would be there for me instead. more

Our experience with Jane was great. Had some issues with Anna not returning calls. At time when asked questions, her replies would be harsh and cold. more

Had to do everything myself. Probably spent a total of two hours with their people in the three months it took to get this done. At times they were so busy in their office that they herded you around like cattle. Got the whole deal done, but the experience wasn't memorable. more

First, we were confused that the person we originally meet with from your company was not actually the person dealing with our case. Then, after working hard to pay your firm over eight months, no one from your firm bothered to show up to our trustee meeting. Someone unaffiliated with your firm was hired by you to represent us. She showed up late, had incorrect figures and she caused the trustee to be displeased with us. We feel this has caused us unnecessary scrutiny by the courts. To date, we still have no idea if the trustee plans to sell off our business assets. We have received our discharge notice from the courts but from what I read on my own, the trustee can still come back and sell of our assets. My husband and I have called your firm on several occasions and have been transferred to several people, whom have no solid answer to our questions, and no real idea about our bankruptcy. Weve had to be rude and abrupt with your staff to get questions answered. We choose your firm because you only do bankruptcy. We would never recommend your firm to a stranger but would happily recount our bad experiences in working with you. After spending a lot of money for help, we did all work! I should get a refund!!! more

I was referred to Custer Roberson by a friend, everything went well they were very knowledgeable, and helpful and everyone we had contact with was very friendly, my only suggestion is kind of a comfort thing. We never saw the same lawyer twice, I would have like to have had the same person from start to finish, just because you bond with them and you feel, they become a helpful friend, and it's more easy to talk too.
