Review content:
First, we were confused that the person we originally meet with from your company was not actually the person dealing with our case. Then, after working hard to pay your firm over eight months, no one from your firm bothered to show up to our trustee meeting. Someone unaffiliated with your firm was hired by you to represent us. She showed up late, had incorrect figures and she caused the trustee to be displeased with us. We feel this has caused us unnecessary scrutiny by the courts. To date, we still have no idea if the trustee plans to sell off our business assets. We have received our discharge notice from the courts but from what I read on my own, the trustee can still come back and sell of our assets.
My husband and I have called your firm on several occasions and have been transferred to several people, whom have no solid answer to our questions, and no real idea about our bankruptcy.
Weve had to be rude and abrupt with your staff to get questions answered.
We choose your firm because you only do bankruptcy. We would never recommend your firm to a stranger but would happily recount our bad experiences in working with you.
After spending a lot of money for help, we did all work! I should get a refund!!!
