At my intial meeting to discuss my options for bankrupty, I expressed my concern on a issue I felt would be a legal matter later. But Mike Vetrano didn't seemed concerned and even said "its not illegal to owe money". That comment felt like it was coming from a salemans point of view and not in my best interest. During my next meeting Jane brought this same issue to my attention and said I should expect to have to settle with this creditor. I asked for Mike to join us and he then felt it would be and issue, only in front of his boss. Anna Canty was a pleasure to deal with and even calmed my down at the meeting of the creditors. I commend her for staying positive in a stressful position. Next, Brian Sullivan not only sent a sensitive letter to the wrong creditor, which ended up being a family friend , he didn't even review the responding email from me that corrected his mistake before sending it. The result was facing my friend in court at the meeting of the creditors because of this mistake. Finally, this law firm then informed me they would need an addtional $1500 to settle the same issue I intially brought to Mike Vetrano attention. I decided to represent myself, since I didn't have an addtional $1500, and effectively dealt with the creditor's lawyer and took control of this issue that could have developed into a serious matter. The reason I'm writing this review is recently I've heard Custer Roberson's radio commercials and hearing their slogan 'bankruptcy made easy' creates a feeling of anything but that reality for me.
