Great Job!!!! 1/4/2013

I think the whole team, from Gerry, to Nathaniel, Betty, and finally Jane Roberson herself did an awesome job. This was a very difficult time financially for us and this was very embarrassing for me personally I never filed bankruptcy before. Sometimes in life you have to do this to get a fresh start financially and I highly recommend the Custer Roberson team. They are reasonably priced, and you get great service, they make the process of bankruptcy not so scary and give you step by step instruction on what to do, and like I said the senior partner, Jane Roberson represented us in court, and gave us great advice about how to respond to the trustee. We watched other people who must have had not so great lawyers or whoever represent them because it did not go as smoothly for them as it did us. Remember you get what you pay for, and Custer Roberson is who I would recommend for Chapter 7 bankruptcy. more

Very satisfied 12/31/2012

Custer Roberson Law Offices were very informative and helpful, from the front desk associate to the Attorney that helped us as the Trustees office. They even went so far as to accompany us to the bank, so we would not have any problems cashing a check. They were very up front about any fees or monies that we would owe during and after the bankruptcy. more

Disappointing Follow Through 12/8/2012

My initial experiences with Custer Roberson were amazing, but after my hearing I very much felt as though I was abandoned by them. My issues were no longer of concern; I didn't get return emails or return phone calls and had to submit my credit counseling class to the court myself. I submitted my certificate to the email addresses as instructed 5 different times and continued to receive letters from the office saying it hadn't been received. I got a letter from the bankruptcy court saying that I'd missed my deadline and was being given another to submit my certificate and the appropriate form. I finally gave up on getting any help from the attorneys who I had paid to assist me and submitted it to the courts myself. If I hadn't been so completely ignored after my hearing, my review would be very different. more

The staff at Custer Roberson made me feel like I was more than just a client. They walked me through the process every step of the way and made the fact I had to even file Bankruptcy easier. I can't speak highly enough about Jane Custer, who personally handled my account, after the law office that had begun my bankruptcy process themselves went out of business; a rather disconcerting event in the midst of an already anxious process of filing for bankruptcy let alone feeling that lots of information already communicated would be lost in the process of my being transferred. But, it proved fortunate to land at Custer Roberson, who handled me with kid gloves, and lost no ground in digesting and retaining all the information already documented on my behalf. I was given good advise throughout the process which bore out by the time I had my formal court session which proved to be smooth sailing thanks to all the thorough documentation Jane Custer had prepared. I was so pleased I've already recommended Jane and Custer Roberson to two friends. Thanks Jane. more

Excellent, professional at all times! 10/3/2012

I had been delaying filing Bankruptcy for a few years with the hopes my health and business would rebound. After my last heart attack in June, I found it impossible to continue as I had for the previous 42 years as a businessman. The economic downturn devastated my business. So, I contacted Custer Roberson (saw there ad in Westword magazine and had a complimentary meeting with an attorney. After explaining my scenario and financial issues, he recommended Chapter 7 bankruptcy. Throughout the entire procedure, this law firm treated me with respect, was non-judgemental and TOTALLY ORGANIZED. Both the paralegal and attorney who gathered all the information, filled out the required paperwork and represented me in Bankruptcy Court, were attentive, caring about the best options for me and prompt with all aspects of the procedure. Everybody took good care of me and all legal aspects were handled with great attention to detail. Considering all the time organizing, meetings and court day representation, I consider their fee reasonable and appropriate. I highly recommend this very professional organization. more

I have never been through anything like bankruptcy before. I didn't know what to do or where to start, it was a very emotional and scary experience for me. From the very beginning, Custer Roberson LLP took control of the situation and handled everything. They let me know what I needed to do, and I did not have to worry about anything.
