Use the Right Law Offices from the start 4/11/2012

I started my bankruptcy with another Law Film, they never returned my phone calls or email's they didn't turn in the forms to the court on time, man was I stressed. UNTIL I FOUND Custer Roberson. They know what they're doing and get it done right the first time. They returned all my calls and help me understand. more

We interviewed several law firms before coming here. They are professional, get things done on time and correctly and never once made excuses. Communication was timely and informative. Meetings were always very helpful and informative. If there was a sixth-star for companies that go above and beyond, this outfit would get it! more

First experience with attorneys, felt comfortable from first visit 4/6/2012

First heard of Custer Roberson on radio ads. Hesitated to call, after the initial conversation we simply followed step by step the instructions that we were given and the whole process was completed without a hitch. We were treated professionally throughout the entire procedure and always had somebody to talk to or meet with when we had questions. more

I was very pleased with the help all through a very difficult process all the people were friendly and didn't give me the feeling that I was a bad person for having to do the Bankruptcy.They were helpful and very professional all the way through the process and worked with me on any and every question that I had.I would highly reccomend that you at least sit down and talk to them to see what they can do to help! more

Wonderful and Very Helpful 4/4/2012

I heard about CR on the radio and figured i'd give them a shot. They offered a free consultation so i really didn't have anything to lose. I'm so glad i did this. The entire process was streamlined and they answered any and all of my questions. They went above and beyond to stop a garnishment ASAP. I would and have highly recommended them. more

A few rough spots due to switching Lawyer in the middle of early stages 4/3/2012

Overall this was a easier experience then I would have imagined. The entire staff is friendly and does a great job of not making anyone feel uncomfortable or embarrased by their situation. Just before we were to go for our hearing one partner left and another took the case over. It was a bit rocky as we felt the second person was not read in on our particular needs. We are now over 14 months into our plan and it is going well. more

Custer Roberson made the process easy and eliminated my fear of bankruptcy. I would have preferred to speak to the same person throughout the process, but the message was uniform and I did feel that the proper attention was paid to my situation. more

Once underway, it went smoothly 4/2/2012

We had a rocky start with scheduling and coordinating between the answering service and the office. But after that, the service was first rate and considering the distastefulness of having to file bankruptcy, the staff that worked with me made the process smooth and efficient, especially the attorney who appeared with me in court. more
