I had been delaying filing Bankruptcy for a few years with the hopes my health and business would rebound. After my last heart attack in June, I found it impossible to continue as I had for the previous 42 years as a businessman.
The economic downturn devastated my business.
So, I contacted Custer Roberson (saw there ad in Westword magazine and had a complimentary meeting with an attorney. After explaining my scenario and financial issues, he recommended Chapter 7 bankruptcy.
Throughout the entire procedure, this law firm treated me with respect, was non-judgemental and TOTALLY ORGANIZED.
Both the paralegal and attorney who gathered all the information, filled out the required paperwork and represented me in Bankruptcy Court, were attentive, caring about the best options for me and prompt with all aspects of the procedure. Everybody took good care of me and all legal aspects were handled with great attention to detail.
Considering all the time organizing, meetings and court day representation, I consider their fee reasonable and appropriate.
