Very poor customer service. Ordered the wrong item, but they refused to return/exchange the part, even though it was unused (unopened). After multiple emails/phone calls, I was told that they have a ""no return - no refund policy"". However, I purchased the item over the phone via credit card, and this policy was not comunicated to me at the point of sale. This is just bad business practice. I do not recomend Folsom Lake Apppliance repair for parts. Also, if this is how they treat walk-in customers, I wonder how they treat repair calls? Do they charge you for work, even if they don't do it? Do they charge you for work, even if it turns out to be the wrong work?
Pros: none that I can think of
Cons: Bad customer service. Bad return policy. No concern for customer satisfaction.
