Lake Appliance Repair turned what started out as a very stressful situation into a huge sigh of relief. Called in the morning when I discovered all the ice in the freezer of our GE Monogram refrigerator/freezer was melted and everything had defrosted. My husband was coming home from deep sea fishing with 70 lbs of tuna that needed to be frozen ASAP. Nadine answered the phone when I called, she took my info, had someone call me back within 10 minutes. After explaining the situation a technician arrived just after I got home from picking up my husband and his catch at the airport. The refrigerator was repaired on the spot (30 minutes), shortly after the repair the freezer was a reassuring 0 degrees and this morning the tuna was frozen solid. We are VERY pleased with the service we got and will use Lake Appliance Repair from now on. Best service experience we'll ever had!!
