I've used Scott and Folsom Lake Appliance several time over the past 2 years on a variety of appliance issues. Each time, he arrived on time, was friendly and easy to talk to, and most importantly, fixed my appliance problem. I like the fact that Scott covers a wide range of appliances. From wine fridges to washers and dryers. We now use his safety check program once a year to make sure all our appliances are working properly.
Pros: Fixed it right the first time. Easy to communicate with.
