Horrible service, as a working family of two children you would think there would be a little more helpful. We bought a heating element for our dryer last month and it broke again, went in to see about a warranty and they said there is none because we would have to service call your house which would cost ME more money. Basically saying that there was nothing wrong with their part but my dryer. I could see if the same part broke like 2 or 3 times in 2 or 3 months but this is the first time ever since owning the dryer that it needed to be replaced, so what if by chance you gave us a crap part and to not replace it at least once is insane, especially for the amount of hard earned money we spent on it. Very poor service for a place of such. Do not recommend going there, sears at least has warranties!
