Review content:
I've been going here for years and I think I'm going to have to find a new salon. I've had to have my hair fixed twice since I've been going there. That is a big deal. Who wants to walk around being embarrassed about their hair? Especially when it's a hair cut and you have to wait until it grows out a little before they can fix it. (I looked like an idiot for a month.) I've recommended L&G to other people and I'm definitely not doing that anymore. I started going there because it's a no tipping salon so I could avoid the awkwardness of the whole thing but instead I felt awkward having to demand my money back and that they fix my hair. Overall they have good customer service and it is nice to have a mini facial and arm massage while they wash your hair. It's still not enough to get me to come back. I can't believe I still went there after the first time they messed up my hair. I've finally learned from my mistake. When you get your haircut people should say "you look so good" not "what the hell happened to your hair?" (Quote from my coworker) "You need to get that fixed. Where did you go that they did that bad of a job?" (Quote from my boss.) I gave it 2 1/2 stars because I have been pleased with the pedicures, facials and massages I've gotten there.
