Greeted nicely by receptionist staff. Appointment ran on time and other staff said hello while walking past us. Exceptional stylist! We have never had a bad haircut in 12 years.

I had a change of polish, with Jen Moody and as always it was a very nice experience. Jen's manicure are always amazing. I have recommended her to a lot of my friends who are now her clients also and we all agree how nice and friendly she is and specially how her manicure has improved our hands. I've been coming here for over 4 years now, and I can't say enough good things about it! I love that it is a non-tipping salon (no wondering how much to tip each time) and that they offer the mini-facial, and hand and arm massage for free whenever you come in to get your hair done. The prices are very reasonable for the excellent service and quality hair stylists. I also like that you can pick the level of stylist if you need a lower price range. (I've found that express stylists do an outstanding job, and the prices in this range are incredible!) I don't think I've ever had a bad experience here. The stylists are all very friendly, and I like that you don't feel that clichy-sometimes-snobby vibe you get at other places! Very warm and friendly atmosphere. I highly reccoment Ladies and Gentleman! more

I switched to this salon a few months back because I was not satisfied. What a wonderful decision it was! It feels great to receive compliments on my hair again! The staff is incredibly professional and experienced. LOVE IT! more

I love going here for my hair cuts, I've seen various different stylists and the service is always great, the extras such as tea, hand massage and mini facial are awesome, and most importantly I haven't had a hair cut that wasn't what I wanted. more

Salon was overbooked 12/1/2011

Overall I loved the service and my stylist is always wonderful but sometimes the service is really slow. I had a 6:15 appointment but I did not get out of there until 8:45! I did have a full dye job but I sat waiting to have the color washed out for at least 35 minutes! I am always told that the appointments take a hour and 45 minutes tops but it has been my experience that this is not the case. I also do not like the fact that the stylist serves another customer while my hair is incubating / getting washed. On more than one occasion I have needed to wait for up to 20 minutes after my hair has been washed while the other customer is being cut. Plus my stylist tells me that I can leave my purse at her station and then have another client sitting there with my purse in plain view! more
