Greeted nicely by receptionist staff. Appointment ran on time and other staff said hello while walking past us. Exceptional stylist! We have never had a bad haircut in 12 years.

Just what I needed. 12/24/2011

This was very relaxing. I was late with holiday traffic, and stressed. Jen was so nice. My facial was just what I needed to relax and re-charge. I left Ladies & Gentlemen and went to the Mall. My skin looked and felt beautiful and I wasn't the only one who noticed. more

Nice person but lousy haircut 12/20/2011

My two sons had their haircuts yesterday before getting our holiday picture taken. One had an excellent haircut, the other had the worst haircut I think he's ever had. It is too long and fluffy on top and has no shape...honestly, it looks like a girl's haircut. I repeatedly asked the stylist to give him a similar cut to the other son, but she didn't do anything I asked. I'm not sure how much experience she had cutting a boy's hair (?). Extremely frustrated and disappointed. more

Beautiful atmosphere and Patrick was amazing 12/20/2011

This was my first experience at Ladies and Gentlemen, and Patrick definitely made me feel welcome. He was extremely professional, talked through what I was looking for and executed perfectly. I hadn't even gotten out of Legacy before I got my first compliment on my hair! more

describe style wanted 12/19/2011

Ladies does a very nice job but I have tried several different stylists and have received the same cut which I am trying to change. Problem is describing what is wanted to stylists who are trained to do things a certain way or follow the previous cut which I'm trying to change. I shall keep trying as I like the salon and the people. more

Did Not Meet My Expectations 12/18/2011

I'm from the area, and have always heard great things about Ladies and Gentleman so I thought I'd try it out. I had my eyebrows done, but I can assure you I will not be returning. The girl who did them was nice, but made no attempt at conversation at all. Also, when she started plucking missed hairs, she pinched my skin under my brow and now there are two painful scabs where the skin was pinched. I came to Ladies and Gentleman hoping to have a wonderful painless service, and that was not the case. more

I have thick curly hair and I have had a hard time finding a stylist that can cut my hair. Melinda does a good job. I have been happy with every haircut and would highly recommend her. more
