I've had great service with my stylist in the past, but was horrified to see how short my hair was after my haircut last night. My hair has never been this short. I'd expected to get a half inch taken off. Not sure exactly how much was cut off, but I came in with a short ponytail and can't even pull any of my hair back now. It's disappointing. I have a lot of events coming up for work and I'm embarrassed to look like this. Not sure how this happened, exactly, but I'll be going elsewhere for future haircuts.
