I found this salon by accident and initally began going to Mentor, but living in Lyndhurst I opted to go closer and save the gas. I am very pleased with my on-going service by Leslee and the respectful way I've been treated...compared to other salons that have snobby attitudes. My only issue is that I sent an email prior and did not receive a response when I complained about the noise level. I thought the din was horrible around the bend in back at Legacy and not a very spa-like or soothing environment. Sure, you can't help the noise of blow dryers etc, but I think the accoustics could be improved and people might be a bit more respectful. I still like it and the staff far better than any other place, and alleviating the tipping hassle is a joy.
