The selection I found of really beautiful designer bras is definitely the best and I'm very particular. I like only the best, and only the most beautiful. They had bras from designers that most people have never heard of, and they make a point of bringing in new things all the time so I never get bored. I know to always bring my wallet and expect to empty it, but everyone has to have their vice in this life, and mine is exquisite lingerie. I found the perfect lingerie boutique in the NYC. After searching and searching for the right lingerie to wear under my wedding dress, I found La Petite Coquette had exactly what I was looking for. No one else had the selection, knowledge, and service like them. From the moment I walked in the door I was greeted by the sale girls, who were wonderful. I was personally assisted by the owner, Rebecca, who changed my world. I went in wearing a 36C and left with a 32E. My posture, demeanor and attitude has changed for the better. Myself and my husband are forever greatful. more

Life Changing Lingerie 7/6/2005

I walked past La Petite Coquette for years before venturing in. I was a lowly NYU student with lowly breasts, assuming I was a dismal 36D. I felt self conscious among all the beautiful things, but the owner engaged me as if I could spend like the starlets on the walls. She made me feel welcome and worthy, teaching me how to tell what works and what doesn't (more than my mother ever did). That day I learned that my true size is a proud 32DD. Though I only bought one $37 bra that day (who knew support could be so reasonable?), I have been a loyal shopper for 7 years. I have since upgraded my underthings, spending more for my foundations, making me look better and feel more confident. I am a very large breasted woman (we're talking an F cup here...) I went into La Petite Coquette last week and they had a lovely selection of bras in my size and the girls who knew how to fit them. Way overrated; spend your $$ elsewhere. 10/30/2004

Having heard great things over the years, I made a special trip to La Petite Coquette to find a gift for a friend who is getting married. I must not fall into their target demographic of size 0-2 model/actress because the staff seemed reluctant to even let me in the door, although they clearly saw me through the window and heard me press the buzzer several times. My experience quickly went downhill from there. The staff treated me like I was an alien, and despite what others have said about her, I found the owner to be completely crass, obnoxious, lacking in class, and downright RUDE. Needless to say, I was there for less than 2 minutes, which is how long it took me to decide not to spend my money at an establishment that clearly doesn't want my business. This place has got it all. Don't be intimidated by the celebrity sightings and the exquisite designs. They have every price range in this gourgeous dreamly boutique. The owner worked her magic and I walked out a new woman with confidence I never had. There is definitely truth in what she told me,"when you wear beautiful lingerie you walk differently, you feel differently and you give off a vibe that says here I am world." AFTER HEARING ABOUT THIS PLACE, I FINALLY HAD TO EXPERIENCE IT FOR MYSELF. I HAVE TO ADMIT THAT I AM NOW HOOKED. THE SALES ASSOCIATES ARE EXTREMELY HELPFUL AND PATIENT AND REALLY WORKED WITH ME. I WALKED OUT WITH NOT ONLY SEXY UNDERGARMENTS BUT COMFORTABLE AND GOOD FITTING PIECES AS WELL. THEY HAVE A SEAMSTRESS WHO CAN DO ALTERNATIONS FOR THE PERFECT FIT. Bigger Is Better! 2/27/2003

Lets face it---Bigger is Better and the expansion of La Petite Coquette makes for a bigger and better shopping experience. I loved the place before for the delightful feminine touches and the sexy way I feel among those beautiful silks, and oh so delicate and diaphanous cottons, but now I can really spread out and see everything. Even though the space is bigger, there is still a certain intimacy that continues to makes me feel right at home. I love the fact that the owner had the foresight to hire an expert bra-fitter who does alterations in the store especially since my weight is fluctuating---you know---change of life and all that, I feel a lot more confident in a bra that fits me perfectly. As I entered the store, the aroma was enticing. The decor was top notch and all the sales girls were super friendly. The selection was great and I left the store feeling confident and satisfied with my purchase. Out of all the lingerie boutiques, this one without question is the best. Shopping at LPC is the ultimate lingerie store experience. Anything new and different can be found in this cozy and seductive boudoir of a boutique. Let me put it this way.
