Thank you so much for standing behind your product and for replacing the blower motor on our furnace. The new motor seems to run well, with little or none of the previous vibration. The repairman (Joe) that made the original diagnosis and, this week, replaced the motor was very professional, courteous and efficient. I bought a new high effic. Goodman furnace 3 years ago from Krinkie. The install was fast and easy, the installers were friendly, kind and did a very professional job. All the new exhaust and intake pvc is straight, level and mounted nicely. They cleaned up everything and left the furnace room nicer than they found it. Just recently the intake blower was having some problems. They came out the same day I called and replaced it under warranty. No charge, no fuss, no muss. I even got a customer comment card with a $25 coupon on my next maintenance. more

All I have to say is shop around. Earlier this fall Krinkie wanted over 550 dollars (including a "diagnostic charge") all said and done for a blower motor on my furnace. I thought it might be reasonable, until he said he wanted to charge me 189 dollars more to clean my blower assembly, 189 dollars for a capacitor, and another 189 for a check up. Then tried to tell me I could save 20% by spending more money to let them come out to my house to dig in my pockets some more. So since it wasn't super emergent I called around (still paying them 89 bucks to come to my house). Bottom line, the next guy I called replaced the blower motor, capacitor, cleaned and safety checked my furnace, did a flue gas test, and changed both my aprilaire filters for a grand total of a whopping 665 dollars. He took one look at the "one hour" invoice / price / estimate sheet and laughed. He said he couldn't understand at all how they can justify charging what they do. we called at 5:30 on a friday , they had a real live person \r that answered the phone, this impressed me. They had\r a tech at my home in about a hour. We have a lennox\r furnace & he had all the parts he needed in the truck\r with him. Over all we were very impressed with the quick\r service, nice clean tech and work done right the first time.\r A very good company to work with. Highly recommend them.\r We will never use any one else ever again. more

Furnace died after 5:00 PM, Called a few places. first place said we don't really carry parts for Rudd furnaces, I don't want to waste your money on a service call for $130, so your best waiting till morning. Feeling the cold more and more I decided to call Krinkie heating and AC. previous company prediagnosed the blower motor over the phone... gave krinkie's the story, bad blower motor. They said oh we use generic motors that can be used in most furnaces. I say sounds good can you come out tonight. they say yes but it's $150 for the service call after hours. \r \r Guy comes out from Krinkie's take about a 10 minute look and says oh you need a new blower motor for sure, and we don't have the part and the parts we have won't work... I can get the part tomorrow, but it will be $650 for the new blower motor, and it also looks like you have a crack in your inductor motor that will be another $500 if you would like that fixed. So were at almost $1300 now.... Wow, I say and you can g more
