Review content:
Thank you so much for standing behind your product and for replacing the blower motor on our furnace. The new motor seems to run well, with little or none of the previous vibration. The repairman (Joe) that made the original diagnosis and, this week, replaced the motor was very professional, courteous and efficient. I appreciated his insight and technical capability, and your friendly and cooperative manner.
