I bought a new high effic. Goodman furnace 3 years ago from Krinkie. The install was fast and easy, the installers were friendly, kind and did a very professional job. All the new exhaust and intake pvc is straight, level and mounted nicely. They cleaned up everything and left the furnace room nicer than they found it. Just recently the intake blower was having some problems. They came out the same day I called and replaced it under warranty. No charge, no fuss, no muss. I even got a customer comment card with a $25 coupon on my next maintenance.
