I was very pleased with the service that I received and found your prices to be comparable to other shops that I have used in the past. Everyone in the office was friendly and helpful and they even gave my dog a treat! I did not feel rushed or pressured into having more done than I had planned; the staff made me feel completely comfortable. I would defintely recommend you to my friends and I will be back! more

Completely Satisfied 8/3/2011

I brought my vehicle in last week,because it was making a "clunking noise"-you were able to diagnose the problem,so I brought it in to get it fixed on Tuesday,8/2/11.I am so glad I did, it drives just like a brand new car! I feel much safer now, as the problem was in the steering column.Thank you for making me feel safer,much appreciated. more

I was a little surprise how honest and straight forward you were with me. I had taken my car to you before to have the timing adjusted to fix the passing the smog test. You did a great job then and so I thought I would try you again. I was pleasently surprised by your attitude to take care of the customer even if it cost you a few extra dollars to make them happy. I brought my car to you all dirty and not running. You found out that I needed a new ignition switch. While you checked that you saw I was 2 quarts low in oil and so you added it and clean my car along with repairing the ignition switch. you added the oil and cleaned my car for free and to keep me runnig smoothly. Thanks for going the extra mile to make a new life long customer. I finally found someone I can truely trust to take care of me. more

Good job and good value 7/30/2011

I am a fleet customer and love the fact that you will pick up and return our cars. I have only one comment, when I called to get an ETA on the return of our Durango the service tech said that it was finished and was being washed, I didn't expect it to be washed and thought that was a great added value, however when it was returned it we just as dirty as when it was picked up so when it wasn't washed I was disappointed. In closing, IF you say you're going to do something please follow through. more

I have taken my vehicles to Kniesel's Auto Center of Citrus Heights for probably 15 years. This is the greatest place. The staff are very knowledgeable and friendly.The repairs/services are a reasonable price, and they don't try to push services I don't need. They are very thorough. They are AAA rated. The owner, Brent, is terrific. They used to have a wall in the office that had letters and cards complimenting them - I was impressed by that too. I can't say enough good things about them! more

I trust your establishment, because you have always been honest. 7/28/2011

I brought my car in as the brakes were making some noise, they had been done in April 2011. I also had some issues with another noise the car was making, unrelated to the brake repair. Much to my surprise, when I picked my car up, they had done my brakes over, at NO CHARGE,(in-warranty)work, also looked at the other issue, found the problem,but did not even charge me for it. It makes me happy to know that your establishment and advisors (Mike Burrell) is mine are always fair and honest,thank you more

Excellent team members, excellent customer service, excellent work quality, excellent pricing!! 7/27/2011

I was an out of town visitor in town to take care of my daughter who recently had dental surgery and my car developed A/C problem. I was advised to go to Sears. They later called me and said it was more than they could handle. I asked who they suggested. And they said, Kniesel's Auto. And I said I know them. We had my daughters car serviced many times in the last 5-6 years. Long story short I didn't have to look up the phone number because I still had it programmed in my cell phone. I got a no longed in service message. But I didn't stop there. Got out the yellow pages and there the new number was. Matt answered the phone and asked if I could hold. "You Bet I could!" Long story short. I took in right in. Bryan Pearson filled out the paper work. They explain the whole thing to me in words I could understand. I added the need to fix my heater as well. I signed the order. And went out the door. Monday at 4pm I called for an update and Matt was getting ready to call me. It was all done fixed and ready. I told him I couldn't pick it up until Tuesday after my daughters dentist checkup around 11am. And it was washed and ready to go. Can you use me as a satisfied customer as a reference? You bet you can! more

Great first time experience! 7/21/2011

I came in to get my oil changed and had no appointment. The place was very busy and honestly didn't think there would be time for my car. They took my info and got my car in and less then an hour it was all done!! more
