I had my first service experience with Kniesel's Auto Service Center this week. I had ordered new tires from TireRack.com and they were a recommended installer in my area. As soon as the tires arrived, I arranged an appointment to bring my car in. When I arrived, Matt was all ready for me and he told me how long it would take for the job to be finished. I stayed around to wait for the car and it was ready exactly on time as promised. The installation was perfect. I took my car for a drive afterwards to test everything out and they were as good as their reputation. I also asked Matt about other services I was considering for my car. He quoted me pricing on the spot and told me just to schedule an appointment and they would take care of me.
I also have a 1984 Mustang GT that I've been needing to have some work done, but I'm always a bit wary of taking it somewhere I've never been. Now that I've been to Kniesel's and experienced the quality of their service, I will happily take both my cars there when I need them serviced.
This is a top notch operation!
