great service, very friendly 10/7/2011

This is a first class service. The owner is in the office behind the waiting area and obviously oversees everything. The waiting area is pleasant and we were allowed to have our yellow lab service dog with us. The work sheet was reviewed with us prior to leaving. The price was the same as estimated, less than a competitor. All the on-line reviews were great, and now we know why and agree. more

Another Satisfied Experience 10/6/2011

My family's vehicles have all been serviced by Kneisels for almost 10yrs. We are repeat customers because of the high integrity and quality of service as well as the incredible patience of the service advisors in ensuring we understand any issues. Smog process took a little longer then expected, but not your fault 10/5/2011

I was a little panicked when the process seemed to be taking so long, however it was my car's fault it wasn't communicating properly, the tech discovered it was a bad fuse and then everything went smoothly from there, Thanks to everyone they were so helpful and nice from Mike who set the appt to Thavaro who greeted me and got my paperwork together and of cours Zohour who was the tech, thanks a bunch Kniesels you feel like family! more

I've had lots of experience with Kniesel's Auto Service Center of Citrus Heights. Most of the time I got there it is excellent. There was only one time I had a problem. One of the repairs had some problems, but they were really great about it. I will continue to take my car to them. more

My vehicle was serviced right and on time. They performed a courtesy inspection and did not try to add on any unnecessary service. The staff was friendly and courteous. I highly recommend this shop. more
