My Yukon XL was in for another service for a failed cylinder. Since the truck was now out of warranty, the cost was substantial. During this process, Jeremy worked with me along with GM's appeal process and through this effort, was able to negotiate a substantial discount from GM in spite of no warranty coverage.
The repair took most of a week and through this, I would get regular calls from Jeremy about the status. He was on top of it all the time and I was never concerned that he wasn't looking out for me at all times.
This is a great dealer service department.
