One issue we have encountered over the past several years is lack of communication, a part comes in, no one calls, the car is ready, no one calls, the car needs a $3 part for completion nobody calls. A tire comes in that could have been installed same day no one calls. Otherwise things seem OK. No one calling results in unnecessary delays and my husband needs his car for work every day. more

I needed a mechanic I trusted to look at a used car we were thinking of purchasing for our daughter. I took it to the one place I knew I could trust since the majority of the car buying and researching process felt so out of my control. Mitch and Susan were fabulous and willing to talk with me and answer questions well beyond the service I requested. Mitch also took time time help me make sure I knew the range that was appropriate and took my call the next morning as I prepared to negotiate. Due to his on target assessment of the needs, the dealer came down quite a bit as they knew we knew what we were talking about (thanks to Mitch). I was also impressed with Mitch catching things like the car being in a wreck possible (painted front bumper) and from the north (due to rust under the car thanks to salt and snow). I knew about the wreck and the fact it was from PA but felt confidence in him after he observed those things on his own...solidified my confidence that he had really looked at my car. more

A+ service and friendly staff 4/17/2015

Kirbys maintains all of our cars - a Jeep Wrangler, Nissan Titan and an Infiniti G35. They do a great job and their customer service is wonderful. I highly recommend them! more

Sad To Have Lost Confidence 2/16/2015

We requested a number of services be performed for this 103K tune up. Happy to leave car for full 2 days. Paid $2K for all the needed work. Fair value. But, when notified car was ready was extremely concerned to experience high- pitched whining and locked steering column minute we turned car on. Could not drive car home. Did not feel owner was responsive to our concern and call back requests following business day. They did, hopefully, address the problem and got car back at end of following day. Hoping it is satisfactorily fixed but have lost confidence in quality of work being done. This was the third such experience we've had in last 14 months. Very sad about this as it has been our go-to auto service provider for last 10 years. more
