Friendly knowledgeable people 3/4/2013

I have been using a repair shop on Thompson Lane for years. Since I retired, I have no reason to be in that area any more. We got your flyer and also heard good things from a friend. When my turn signals headed South, on the spur of the moment, I drove in last Friday. I am glad I did. You ordered the part and my car is now in compliance with the law. I also appreciate the two-year warranty. more

Excellent Auto Repairs 2/13/2013

I recently had my car serviced and repaired at Kirby's and am very pleased with the way they handled the repair work, as well as kept me informed of the costs involved. Everyone at Kirby's is very friendly, courteous, and honest, and I always take my vehicles there for servicing and repairs for those reasons. I have been a customer at Kiirby's for 30 years! Stay away at all costs!! 1/2/2013

This is the second time Kirbys has tried to rip me off. They told me I needed a new transmission for $3200 or a used one for $2400 as well as a new battery. I took it to a trustworthy mechanic and I needed a speed control for $28 and no new battery. Do NOT do business here. I called them and told the receptionist, the owner never called back. more
