I took my car in for an oil change, and they checked out all the various systems in the car as well, giving me an complete report of what other repairs are needed in the future. I appreciate their thoroughness, friendly atmosphere, and attention to detail. more

Waiting Area 7/24/2013

Loved the people, the service and the prices at Kirbys! Only thing that could have been better is a place to wait. Since I live alone I usually have to wait for my car and some more space for that would be nice. Of course I went to the Dailey Dish and shopped at Fletchers but that didn't take all the time. more

Old Chevy Truck 7/15/2013

Just had a lot of overdue work done to my old truck. Couldn't make up my mind to keep it, or sell it. Kirby's went over the truck and found a few more problems than I thought I knew about. Very detailed inspection. I had them perform the majority of the repairs, and every thing seems to be completed to my satisfaction. Very professional! Maybe I will hang onto my truck for a few more years. more

The service manager used to work at Grassland Car Care and that place is bad news. Kirby Garage is no longer run like a family business. I will not take my car to Kirby's again. more

25 Years of Great Service 4/7/2013

I moved to Franklin in 1988 and needed a place to service my car. Kirby's is 6 miles from my home. The service has been consistently great. The Kirby's make you feel like a member of their family. I highly recommend Kirby's Garage! more

Services, honesty and its employees. 3/18/2013

I have always felt like Mitch and his team have never lead me in the wrong direction with my cars. They have been honest with diagnosis and telling us if something is major or not; they are no pressure. You run a classy shop and I will never take my car anywhere but Kirby's. more
