I work in the auto parts manufacturing business and have traveled the US and Canada, visited literally hundreds of repair facilities. There are a lot of poorly run facilities with novice mechanics out there. Luckily I have Kirby's locally and have only had the best experience dealing with Mitch and his staff. I bring all of my vehicles here ( I have 5). more

Kirby's stands behind their work! 8/31/2014

We had a repair done to steering gearbox earlier in the year. When we had a bit of leaking, Kirby's backed up their work at no charge! more

Quote agreed upon was not honored. 7/21/2014

I was lead to Kirby's Garage by a referral from a friend. Needed to have a TCM replaced and Justin confirmed that they could do the job. Dropped car off for a diagnostic test & was confirmed that the TCM needed to be replaced. I was also given three other suggestions to update my vehicle totaling $1,750. Just wanted TCM and Solenoid replaced and agreed to a new quote from Justin. Received a call approximately two hours later that the part supplier had misquoted the TCM and it was close to double the original quote. Not happy with receiving this information after agreeing to quote. Justin offered $100 off but that wasn't close to the dramatically increased quote. I explained to him that Kirby's should go back to the part supplier to recitfy their mistake. Justin then explained that the revised quoted submitted was actually at cost from the part supplier and they were not taking a mark up. Decided that I would no get the car repaired at Kirby's since I had lost any trust in how they handle their business. Very disappointing and frustrated!!! more

Kirby's may be small but they provide a wide variety of services! 7/3/2014

Kirby's did several repairs on my Ford F250 and my Honda Accord. Each visit was great and the vehicles run perfectly. The overall cost of these repairs were extremely competitive. I plan to bring my Ford Expedition for services next. I know they will treat me right. more

I had to take my Tahoe in for an air conditioning problem. It turned out to be a bigger deal and took longer than expected but Kirby's worked with us. They kept us informed and gave me a loaner for the whole time. more

Saved my day 3/26/2014

I had borrowed my mom's car and the check engine light came on. I stopped to make an appointment to get it checked out. After making the appointment, the car wouldn't start and battery deader than a doornail! Kirby's replaced the battery and had me on my way in a matter of minutes - turning a potentially disaster of a day into a not so bad one! more

Unbelievably overpriced, oversold unnecessary work 3/8/2014

I had check engine light on and wanted the codes checked. Was charged 260. 00 just to have it checked, then told the fixes were over 2,000.00 on my 4 runner. I took it to beaman Toyota they ran the same checks for free and fixed the vehicle for 67.00- at the actual dealership! more
