I was shopping for a stainless steel refrigerator and Kaady's had a large variety to choose from and being on a budget, the prices were great. They were very knowledgeable about the different features and models. I had the refrigerator delivered and our old one hauled away. Easy and painless. Highly recommend them for anyone looking for great appliances at awesome prices more

If you're looking to get royally ripped off, look no further than these guys. After a miserable and costly experience we broke down today and ordered a brand new washer and dryer from Sears to replace the junky set we paid $800 for at Kaady's just over six months ago. This was no doubt THE WORST purchase and service experience we've encountered. Oh, the sales folk are nice as punch to get you to buy from them, but immediately afterward, we experienced major problems, first with the dryer, then with the washer. Within a week , the dryer needed a whole new circuit board. It took Kaady's serviceman a month to finally resolve the problem, but the dryer still operated very noisily and has never dried the clothing without a second finishing run. The washer started leaking water and they wanted to charge us $150 to replace the pump while still under warranty, claiming this was ""operator error"". You will have to fight with Kaady to get them to honor an appointment, parts and service. In the 6 month warranty period, Kaady had to come back 5 or 6 times, not to mention two times when they just never showed up at all. Today, the washer started leaking again and, of course, the warranty expired a few days earlier. We have had it with these lemon appliances and with the shysters at Kaady's. We made a huge mistake coming here and will warn anyone who asks to stay away. more

Horrible company. Bought a washer and dryer on Wed. (700). They promise to take away the old set, set up the new one and provide a 6 mos. warranty. On Thurs., they picked up the old set and dropped off the new one. 20 minutes later, we realized that the dryer was not hooked up. Called the owner and was given the runaround. Called again 4 hours later and was given the run around, but told they would be out Fri. Called Fri. a.m. And was given the runaround again. After several arguments, the Repairman comes out (when I told him I would not be home). Rushed home to meet him and he said ""it's already hooked up"". No, it was not. My husband had crawled back and put the vent hose in place, but it's not clamped on. He then tells me......""you've got to get yourselves some clamps to hold it on"". Really, genius? That's called ""setting it up"". He then informs me that in his entire van, he does not have 1 clamp and the delivery crew should have done this. Ended up having to purchase my own clamps and 2 new hoses for the washing machine and connecting them myself. \r \r If you're looking for honesty, integrity and a good deal.....go elsewhere. more

I bought a fridge, washer/dryer and dishwasher from this company. There was a part broken on the fridge, so they said they would order it and send out a repair person to fix it. After weeks of calls and going there again in person, it is still not fixed. They keep telling me the part is not in yet, but won't return calls. They also were to pick up my old washer and dryer and have yet to do that. They keep saying they are too busy with deliveries to pick it up. \r \r Make sure when you buy something it does not need any repairs, or you don't need them to follow through with picking up an old item...I am still waiting, and their customer service AFTER you buy items is awful! more

Only giving a 1-star rating because a 0 12/22/2011

Only giving a 1-star rating because a 0 is not possible! This is the worst company I have EVER dealt with.. Since purchasing a washer/dryer combo from this company I have not been able to complete even ONE full wash load without an error code. The first error code was an issue with the door lock system. Upon calling for a repair we were told that someone would be out to fix it the next day. This was not the case. The following day we received a re-schedule call for the next day. The next day we received a re-schedule call for the next day, and so on. In all, it took 4 days of re-scheduling on KAADY'S part for them to finally get a repairman out to look at our washer. The man fixed the problem on the 4th day, but obviously did not do more than bare minimum as the following day the washer produced a different error code. Upon calling to speak with a manager about our issues we were told we would receive a call back at 5:00pm. At 5:30 we had heard nothing, and I called them. I was told that the manager would not actually be in . The next day a repairman called and said we could not get a service person for 2 days. Finally, when the man came out, he said he could not get a part until the next day and would be back. The next day, today, we get a call saying the part has not come in and it MIGHT there tomorrow. We have 5 children with lots of dirty clothes following a month with limited washing, it is almost Christmas which will delay our repair, and have not been able to complete a full load of wash without having to wait for an error code. The company seems not to care, avoids our phone calls, and will re-schedule without producing results. more

Kevin Peirce is Good For Kaady's - Not a Rip Off 8/31/2011

This is a SERVICE review. Kevin Peirce is Kaady's very good technician and mechanic and will stay with the problem until it's resolved. Mine was a sudden lack of hot water but machine ran fine- he tried 2 different switches. This is a rebuilt/used wash/dry combo Kenmore. I initially paid $50 service call; $75 labor; $40 temp switch and $25 belt. (double the cost of Kenmore parts website) Because the problem was not solved with a new part, he kept returning until it got fixed. At no extra charge. He even replaced another part free trying to see if it was that. I always tried to be nice, and he acknowledged that on the second trip here. Doesn't mean I wasn't frustrated - but what could I do? He stayed on the problem until he found a short and fixed it. The short was between the temp switch (the 2nd one) and the setting/timer gears. All the parts in the world wouldn't have sorted that out. I appreciate his staying with the problem until it was resolved. He understood my need for Kaady's to be fair with me. I am a senior and won't see new appliance money for a good long time. Kevin Peirce is good for Kaady's. I also knew this machine was hardy and able to keep going. I had loaded an honest review of this store and the mechanic until such time as it was resolved and I was not taken for more money. Today I put the good review on. It took a number of tries but the problem resolved. Satisfied customer. more

Stay away as far as you can! 11/10/2010

We bought an appliance at the beginning of August and it worked for 4 times. We called they sent a guy at the beginning of October and it turns out that they needed to order a part from the manufacturer. 2-3 weeks the service guy said. 6 weeks passed by and determined to take the oven back they said that they have just received the part from GE (special order?) and they scheduled the guy to come to install it. The service guy (Augustin) shows up works on the oven and leaves work unfinished because of the electrical work and said that he needed to come the next day. The next day he shows up with another guy, works on the oven for 1-2 hours and when he said that he was fininshed I wanted to see if the oven work and he would not stay to test the oven. Before the oven would heat up to a certain temperature and then all of a sudden it went blank. I wanted to see after 3 months if the oven was working so I don't have to call them anymore. I had to turn the guy from walking out of the door 2 times; he just would not stay for the test. That increased my suspicion even further and I made him stay until the test was done. Please if you want to keep your sanity and not lose money stay away from Kaady Appliances. They fix the appliances very superficial and between thec scheduling time, parts, etc the warranty will expire. more

Great Service! 6/28/2010

We have bought 2 washers, a dryer and a dishwasher from Kaady's. The customer service is excellent...we usually get a discount on most things we buy. We love how delivery is included and they take away the old appliance. All the delivery guys we have met are helpful and courteous. They always give a 6 month guarentee and so far we haven't had to use it. Pros: Good prices,Selection,Customer service,Delivery and setup Cons: extra fee for setup of dishwasher more

Horrible service and products 10/29/2006

I have to say that I rarely write a review and if I do, it is usually to say something nice. However, my experience with Kaady was so bad I feel that I must share with others. At first I thought we had gotten a decent price on a dented item that was new, and three products that were used. It was a fair price if they backed up their guarantee of product and service. Not only did they not deliver all the items, they also didn't have enough people power to bring the items inside the house as agreed. They didn't hook things up properly & broke something in the process. When they did finally deliver the missing goods a month later, they would not bring it in the house and didn't test it to make sure it was working before they left (as they said). If they had they would have noticed our freezer was leaking coolent all over and the freezer didn't work. We called 2-3 times per week for 4 months before we finally got them to come out and fix the freezer, washer and dryer. Our washer and dryer are still not working very well (used items) and were not worth what we paid. I would strongly recommend not using this company and to purchase new from somewhere else. So far the only thing that is working is the fridge, the dented new item. The savings we got on the fridge doesn't make up for all the things that went wrong and probably will go wrong in the next year. They have a great concept, but don't deliver on it in many ways. Hopefully this will be a wake up call!! Pros: dent/scratch items help you buy new items cheaper if you don't care about appearance Cons: horrible service, don't stand by their guarantee without a major fight, used products not worth the little savings more
