If you're looking to get royally ripped off, look no further than these guys. After a miserable and costly experience we broke down today and ordered a brand new washer and dryer from Sears to replace the junky set we paid $800 for at Kaady's just over six months ago. This was no doubt THE WORST purchase and service experience we've encountered. Oh, the sales folk are nice as punch to get you to buy from them, but immediately afterward, we experienced major problems, first with the dryer, then with the washer. Within a week , the dryer needed a whole new circuit board. It took Kaady's serviceman a month to finally resolve the problem, but the dryer still operated very noisily and has never dried the clothing without a second finishing run. The washer started leaking water and they wanted to charge us $150 to replace the pump while still under warranty, claiming this was ""operator error"". You will have to fight with Kaady to get them to honor an appointment, parts and service. In the 6 month warranty period, Kaady had to come back 5 or 6 times, not to mention two times when they just never showed up at all. Today, the washer started leaking again and, of course, the warranty expired a few days earlier. We have had it with these lemon appliances and with the shysters at Kaady's. We made a huge mistake coming here and will warn anyone who asks to stay away.
