I had a very good experience.Prior to visiting kirkwood auto,i had several estimates and openions from Newark toyota, sears and NTB and some other places,but kirkwood auto made a lot of sense.They fixed the complicated problem right away and also saved me a bundle. Your staff is experienced,knowledgable,helpful and very friendly.I had a great experience.I wish i had known this place long time ago.I have been ripped off by newark toyota,sears and NTB and a whole lot of others,but your place is great.Actually it was recommended to me by my brother n my cousin and i am glade i came to you guys. Whenever I schedule an oil chnage, I usually get a bill for several hundred dollars of additional work that I wasn't amnticipating. This causes me to "stretch out" my oil change scheule. more
