Review content:
From the time that I check in at the service desk to the time I pay my bill and leave, the service reps are great! If there is a problem beyond the one I came in for service, they talk to me in a manner in which I understand (and I'm not technically inclined with cars). They will not recommend something be done just to drive the price up. This time, we're watching the oil plug leak; they explained the cost, they successfully tried a temporary solution & it worked. THANK YOU FOR YOU HONESTY!
