Very professional, yet friendly (even to Mortimer my nosy, noisy schnoodle). Explained possible reasons (dust) for not heating appropriately. Went about cleaning/care of furnace in spite of closeness and with booties on. more

Technician came during time window scheduled, had information about my account, performed the maintenance tasks and advised me. He took the time to answer questions about air flow through the house, though could have been more knowledgeable about ducts. more

John Waters, Inc. put in an A/C system on the second floor of my home. They did a very good job with that. More recently, I needed to get the A/C system on the main level replaced and I called them. They did a great job with that too. more
