After dealing with a Bryant worked who basically did not even look at our mit and then charged us $60, working with a knowledgeable John Waters employee was refreshing. more

Even though my appointment time was 11-1 and the serviceman arrived at 1:34, it was an overall excellent experience. I received two phone calls keeping me posted on the expected arrival time. Great job! more

Daniel has been able to complete a job of fixing our AC unit, whereas the previous couple service technicians could not. The incompetence of Frank was beyond frustrating. If Daniel had been on our job from the onset, we wouldn't have had 2+ weeks of trouble. Our company would really like a Customer Review Form for the previous service tech guys. more

I have been in the construction business for 34 years and have been let down by more Contractors than I can count. I never recommend Contractors to friends or customers because they always seem to drop the ball and not perform after I recommend them. I can count the Contractors I recommend on 2 fingers and John Waters is one of them. This company will never let you down. The workers are very courteous, clean, on time and quick. Management will work with you and call you until you are totally satisfied. Don't hesitate to call them for your Electrical and HVAC needs. more
