The installation of both the AC and heat were great! The installers were friendly people! The thing I didn't like happened after the AC was installed in June. I tried to use furnace in October and had someone out that day to look at it. He wasn't very friendly at all! That visit turned into me getting a new furnace and I feel that $79 could have been taken off the cost of the new furnace! more

Always good service from John Waters 11/18/2015

We have twice yearly checkups of furnaces/air conditioner. Service is always thorough and keeps us from problems winter and summer. Troy Baumgardner, our most recent service tech, cleaned the burners that were not lighting properly. more

Steve was prompt, professional, informative, and pleasant, as well as friendly to my dogs. He efficiently went about his purpose, occasionally petting a snoopy dog, answering my questions, and discussing future needs (that I was concerned about, as my system is a 2003 unit). more

They installed electric switches which work fine 11/11/2015

The work was done quickly and accurately but I do wish they had worn shoe protectors and let me know they were taking out the ceiling fan over my white bedspread so I could cover it. I found a bolt I don't know where it goes? Also they took my glow-in-the-dark light receptacle switches with them. I would like to have kept those. more

On TIme and even early :) 11/7/2015

John Waters installed my furnace a few years ago. They continue to do bi annual clean and checks on the furnace and A/C. The tech arrived promptly and did the work efficiently. I called to confirm the appt the afternoon before it was scheduled as I had taken the day off for the service/other appts. I had originally asked for the last appt of the day. When I called to confirm the appt I asked if the tech would be able to come earlier....his schedule was already booked....no big deal. The next day...I got a call about an hour before the scheduled time. John Abell was on his way. This was great as I got an extra hour of free time on my precious day off. John was friendly, professional, and efficient. I will continue to use them. more

Fast, excellent service once again 11/6/2015

I called today to schedule a seasonal check of the furnace system before the cold hits. I was able to get a service call the same day. The technician, Troy, was very professional and pleasant and went out of his way to answer all of my questions and explain my system. I've used John Waters in the past and most certainly will continue to use them! more

Professional, friendly, and fair 11/6/2015

Steve was the best. We had a noise within the furnace that he fixed quickly. He checked everything out for Winter on our new furnace and we are signing up in Spring for our Gold Service Agreement. Thanks Steve. more
